Let's make sure we are clear on one thing here. any programs that you see on streetsmartfitness will not involve traditional cardio and telling you to keep your heart rate in a certain "fat burning" zone for a certain amount of time. in my opinion, that's bogus, inefficient, and not the best use of your time. don't get me wrong any activity is better than no activity, but you are here because you want the best, the most efficient, and the healthiest ways to lose fat, maintain lean muscle mass, and be healthy. That being siad, you will lift weights (and heavy ones, not the pretty colored, fuzzy dumbbells from the jane fonda era, but heavy weights. You will sweat, you will get sore from time to time, you will be pushed to your limits, and you will do some very difficult workouts. Take note of this: This is not a quick fix program, this is not a fad program, these are programs designed to work for a lifestyle change. streetsmartfitness will not be labeled with fad nor infomercial-esqe soluions. Now, the first part of the solution, the kitchen. fat loss begins in the kitchen. You cannot outwork poor nutrition. in fact, don't take one step further on any program until you have committed to that concept as the area that will need the most work.
