That last day of the 10 day cleanse. It's a bittersweet-ending because if you are anything like me, you really enjoy how good you feel and you get into a pretty good routine; however, you get to feel even better on the max phase of products, which is days 11-24 and on-going

8:00am - probiotics with glass of h2o
8:15am - Fiber drink with Mango Strawberry spark
8:45am - whole wheat/flax Natural PB & J wrap w/ glass of unsweetened almond milk
10:00am - apple with peanut butter
11:30am - 3 catalyst with bottle of h20
1:30pm - lower body strength workout
3:00pm - post-workout recovery shake
6:00pm - chicken breast w/ Chipotle mustard, cauliflower, and grapes with water
9:00pm - chicken breast w/ Chipotle Mustard, strawberries, and arnold slim 
             natural pb sandwich w/ glass of unsweetened almond milk w/ 4 omegeplex


Now onto the max phase!!!!!

12:00pm - chicken breast, broccoli with hummus, and

6:30pm - homemade pizza on whole wheat/flax roll
             out, mixed green salad, & 2 peanut butter
             protein balls, bottle of h20
7:00pm - scoop of ice cream
11:00pm - bottle of h20 w/ 3 catalyst

Day 8 of My Metabolic Oil Change & Supplement Education

The nice thing about the weekdays is they are much more routine than the weekends. This leads to a much easier approach to one's nutrition in my opinion. Weekends just test your discipline. If you have zero discipline, you'll be spending the entire week to undo the damage from the weekend. 

8:00am - Probiotics with glass of h20
8:30am - Fiber drink with Mango Strawberry Spark.
9:00am - 60 minute light mobility/stability workout

10:00am - meal replacement shake (on the run, and they taste good!)
12:00pm - skipped meal, not recommended but reality (3 catalyst + bottle of h20)
4:00pm - 45 minute strength training workout
4:45pm - post-workout recovery shake
6:00pm - whole wheat/Flax natural peanut butter and zero calorie jam. + H20
             + 6 omegaplex.
9:00pm - tuna w/ homemade relish & 6 triscuits (added crunch) 4 strawberries and
             a clementine orange. + bottle of h20

Ahh....the weekend. this is where the disciplined succeed and thrive and those that live for the weekend struggle with many things in life, in particular their health and fitness. 

10:00am - probiotic restore ultra & hot Mango 
              strawberry spark

10:30am - banana oatmeal/flax pancakes with  
              veggie omelette + bottle of h20
2:00pm - 3 catalyst w/spark & Arginine extreme 
             (pre-workout)
2:15pm - 45 minute metabolic resistance training
3:00pm - post-workout recovery shake
5:00pm - apple & whole wheat/flax wrap PB & J (natural PB & Zero CAl Jam)
8:00pm - Cobb Salad with steamed veggies + H20
11:00pm - chocolate meal replacement shake with crushed ice, natural peanut 
             butter, and 1/2 banana (blend in magic bullet) *** major dessert substitute!
             tastes amazing!

Stay focused! Discipline in this area of your life spills over into all areas!

Day 5 of My Metabolic Oil Change

Day 5 was a breeze and the energy has never been better. The student athletes and coaches that i work with know this because i'm jamming out to every country tune on the radio (almost to the point of being annoying).

8:00am - Probiotic restore & Fruit punch spark
8:30am - egg/veggie scrambler (onions, spinach, 
             mushrooms, broccoli, two whole eggs, and 
             two egg whites, with olive oil), and a banana
             with natural peanut butter + bottle of h20
12:00pm - 3 catalyst + bottle of h20 (missed a meal, but had some good 'ol catalyst
             ready)
1:45pm - spark & Arginine extreme (pre-workout)
2:00pm - 45 minutes of strength training
2:45pm - post-workout recovery
5:30pm - tuna with homemade relish & 3 triscuits for crunch
7:30pm - mixed green salad with chicken w/ light french dressing drizzled on top, 
            carrots and celery with light ranch (just a dab) and lots of water. Also
            had some corn tortilla chips with salsa. This was at Buffalo wild wings while
            watching the ncaa wrestling semifinals. 
11:00pm - bottle of h20 with herbal cleanse pills

Day 3 of My Metabolic Oil Change

Day 3 is almost in the books as i compose this blog post. So far everything is working just like it has many times before and it's always exciting to feel great, shed the unnecessary inches, and get re-focused on my own health and fitness.

8:00am - Citrus Fiber drink and Fruit punch Spark
8:30am - 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup mixed nuts, 
             unsweetened almond milk, and cinnamon
             bottle of water

12:00pm - Meal Replacement Shake w/ water
4:00pm - post-workout Recovery shake
6:00pm - Tuna with relish & 3 triscuits for some crunch
8:00pm - 2 rice cakes with Peanut butter - bottle of water
10:00pm - Broccoli with hummus and apple 
11:00pm - herbal cleanse pills with bottle of water

Day 2 of My Metabolic Oil Change

Day 1 is in the books, and for those that were wondering about how i did with the wrestling banquet's options, let's just say i managed to do ok. as far as eating clean goes, there wasn't much of anything that would qualify as such, so the majority of my plate was the ceasar salad. I managed to pick out the broccoli in the fettuccine alfredo, and i have a scoop of the baked ziti with italian sausage. Had to squeeze in some protein afterall. in the broad scheme of things, this meal is so miniscule, but this is where people oftentimes mess up and then let it snowball like it was some major catastrophe. It was A meal. put it behind you and move forward. Here's the plan for day 2:

8:30am - citrus fiber drink with mango strawberry spark
9:00am - 1 cup oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup mixed berries, 2 scoops of muscle gain protein, 
             1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
12:00pm - Spinach salad with chicken, mixed nuts, raisins, and apple
2:00pm - 45 minute strength and conditioning
2:45pm - post-workout recovery shake
4:00pm - AdvoBar Raw
6:00pm - Meal replacement shake (parent/teacher meeting so no time to get home)
9:00pm - hard-boiled egg-whites with hummus
10:00pm - herbal cleanse pills

Day 1 of 10 of My Metabolic Oil Change

I have a plan that I'm going to follow, which is important in and of itself. Without a plan you are _________to fail (fill in the blank). the first 10 days are part of the 24 day challenge with Advocare, which is their fat loss/weight management system. For dudes, it's the "get shredded system;" for women it's the "weight loss" system. The bottom line, it's the fat loss, feel good, and lifestyle change system.



Day 1:
8:00am - Citrus Fiber drink and 1 scoop of mango strawberry spark w/ 12 oz water
8:30am - 2 egg white/ 2 whole egg scrambler (chopped onions, broccoli, mushrooms, 
             and spinach). Cooked with olive oil. 1 1/2 cups of strawberries,
             blackberries, and raspberries. 16 oz bottle of water
12:00pm - Spinach & chicken salad with mixed nuts & Raisins & Raspberry vinaigrette
             apple slices with natural peanut butter. 16 oz bottle of water
2:00pm - Strength and conditioning workout - 45 minutes
2:45pm - Post-workout recovery shake
4:00pm - AdvoBar Raw
5:30pm - this will be interesting as it's our season end wrestling banquet. I'll make 
             the best decision possible. this is where discipline is key! 
8:00pm - veggies with hummus and two hard boiled eggs
10:00pm - herbal cleanse pills & read for 30-60 minutes
11:00pm - night night

Post Labor Day Meltdown

It's that time again, and just like every other time it comes around for us, the invitation is always extended to new folks, who have not been on AdvoCare products before, to get started with us on the 24 day Challenge starter bundle and experience the power of the best nutritional products in the marketplace. The beauty of this process, is we get to coach you through the challenge and make sure you get extraordinary results.
