Street: basically any training that is done on machines, but also many "beach muscle" exercises need to take a hike as well ex) Bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder front/lateral raises.....
what people fail to realize is that when you push (bench press, pushups, shoulder press) and when you pull (pull-ups, chin-ups, Dumbbell row, cable rows) you are using your biceps, triceps, and delts quite a bit. Furthermore, when performing multi-joint movements you get much more bang for your buck in the form of working more muscle groups, which is much more metabolically demanding than isolation work.
