7:30am - fiber drink w/Spark
8:30am - Mixed nuts & apple
10:00am - Breakfast bar
1:30pm - quinoa chicken salad w/ bowl of mixed fruit
4:00pm - two rice cakes w/Natural PB
5:30pm - mixed nuts and grapes
7:30pm - sausage and chicken penne past (wedding dinner, went easy on the pasta)
11:30pm - apple and natural peanut butter
It was another busy day with a business event my wife and I were helping out at and a good friend's wedding, but as you can see, if you remain true to yourself and your goals you can make do.
Group update: all 10 of us didn't start at the same time, but here are the latest updates from three of us that i have complete information from:
- one lady is down 10 pounds in 10 days and i quote: "i have more energy than i've had since high school!"
- a great buddy of mine is down 11 pounds in 10 days and i quote: "i haven't felt this good in a long time, after work i have so much energy that i now started to workout again because i have all this energy!"
- as for me, i'm down 4 pounds in 10 days and i feel amazing. i always appreciate the wellness factor. manytimes people get caught up in the fat loss and energy (don't get me wrong, it's fantastic), but it's important to remember the benefits of reducing inflammation in the body, getting in the probioitcs to improve gut health, and improving the efficiency in our bodies. there is a reason people experience such great results here.
