day 5

6:00am - probiotics w/ Water
6:30am - meal replacement shake w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter, 6 oz almond/coconut milk
             * was unprepared for today.....you'll see the first half of the day was liquid
               nutrition, but i must say some pretty convenient and hi-grade liquid nutrition.
7:15am - Spark
11:00am - Meal Replacement Shake w/ water
12:00pm - 1/2 cup of mixed nuts
2:15pm - spark w/ v-16 (pre-workout)
2:30pm - workout:
             Power Cleans 5 x 95, 5 x 135 (primer)
             deadlifts  5 x 225, 5 x 275, 3 x 315, 3 x 315
             Bench Press  5 x 165, 3 x 205, 3 x 225, 3 x 225
             Db incline press 3 x 8 x 70
             1 leg sldl 3 x 8 x 50
             hanging leg raises 3 x 8
3:30pm - Post-workout recovery shake
4:30pm - 2 sweet potatoes, 1 cup of mixed veggies (cauliflower/broccoli/water
             chestnuts), 6 oz of chopped chicken breast
7:00pm - 1 cup brown rice w/ 2-4oz chicken breast w/ 6 omegaplex
10:00pm - muscle gain shake w/ 1/2 banana & 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 
10:30pm - herbal cleanse pills
