Understand that the game will always be YOU versus YOU....discipline and the participating in the law of delayed gratification will get you to places you never thought possible with your health and fitness. The opposite is also true.
7:30am - mns pack #1 with spark and mass impact
8:00am - meal replacement shake with natural peanut butter
              with mns pack #2 and #3
11:00am - rehydrate with bottle of water
1:00pm - turkey sandwich with bottle of water
5:00pm - two hard boiled eggs, cup of mixed berries, mixed nuts, and greek yogurt 
              (a Kwik trip masterpiece!)
7:00pm - strawberries and two brats - camping
10:00pm - rehydrate with water
