9:00am - Fiber drink
9:30am - Scrambled eggs w/ Broccoli, spinach, turkey sausage, onions, & olive oil
10:30am - Workout (Pull-ups, Trx Rows, Elevated pushups, Db Press, db curls, trx
              tricep extensions)
11:15am - Post-Workout Recovery Shake
12:00pm - Spark w/v-16
2:45pm - Celery Sticks w/ Peanut butter
5:30pm - 2 hard boiled eggs, cup of mixed fruit (berries, grapes, melon, pineapple),
             package of wasabi/soy almonds
9:00pm - scrambled eggs w/ chopped chicken
1:00am - muscle gain shake w/ 2tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 banana + 6 omegaplex
1:30am - Herbal cleanse pills
