I would have to wholeheartedly agree with Dan John. with the 24 day challenge results are so extraordinary that it literally made me feel like I was a crappy trainer because before advocare i used to celebrate with clients that lost 4 pounds in the span of 6 weeks. to simply coach people on how to take the advocare products and follow a nutrition guideline, follow up with them, and then hear 24 days later they are down 8#, 13#, 24#, 18# 41#, 25#, 15#, ect.....the evidence cannot be ignored that there is a much better way to this, and i believe advocare has the answer for everybody. it's important to mention that continued progress and management of results is like nothing i have never seen as well.
