7:00am - Meal REplacement shake w/ unsweetened Almond milk MNS Pack #2 & #3
11:00am - Subway breakfast sandwich (flatbread with egg
white and sausage)
2:00pm - MnS Pack #4
2:30pm - Water bottle and mixed nuts
5:00pm - Rice cake and natural peanut butter
- on the road -
7:00pm - Mixed fruit, mixed nuts, and two hard boiled eggs (gas station)
10:00pm - meal replacement shake
