9:00am - Scrambled eggs/eggwhites w/turkey sausage, spinach,
onions, and mushrooms 2nd and 3rd MnS Pack
12:00pm - Tuna w/hummus dressing on flat-out wrap
4:30pm - 4th MNS pack
5:00pm - Chicken leg/thigh, bowl of mixed fruit (berries/pineapple/grapes)
Salad, 3 ribs, i sugar cookie, 1 small drumstick ice-cream cone
8:00pm - Apple with Natural Peanut butter
Father's day at the in-laws was a sure recipe for a cheat meal, but when you don't cheat often, cheat meals are more enjoyable than if you do them regularly, and they actually give the 'ol metabolism a charge; however, as those of you who are doing the challenge with us right now are noticing, you don't need much more of a charge than these products and good eating habits!
Update: Last time i checked, my buddy was down 11 pounds through 10 days, the lady I wrote about last time is down 10 pounds in 10 days, i am down 5 pounds, and my wife is down 2 pounds and a couple inches. There is another sub-group of 4 people and two other folks that started a bit late. Stay tuned as we shoot for our goal of 100# and 100" lost!
