7:15am - Fiber drink w/Rehydrate
7:45am - 6 egg/egg whites with chopped onions, broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach 
          leaves........with 6 small strawberries
1:00pm - spinach salad w/diced chicken breast, 2 chopped strawberries, and white
             balsamic vinaigrette
3:00pm - apple with natural peanut butter
4:30pm - Spark w/arginine extreme
4:45pm - KB workout (40 minutes start to finish)
            3 Rounds (1:1 work to Rest Ratio)          3 rounds (1:1 work to Rest Ratio)
            - KB Swings (2Kbs) x 10/10/8                   - KB Thrusters x 10/8/8
            - KB Snatches (2Kbs) X 10/10/8               - KB Windshield Wipers X 10/10/10
            - KB See-Saw Press x 10/8/8                  - Elevated Pushups - AMAP
            - KB Bent-over Rows x 10/10/10             - KB RFESS x 10/8/8
5:30pm - Post-workout recovery shake
6:30pm - 2 Rice Cakes w/ Natural Peanut Butter
9:30pm - Muscle Gain Shake (2 scoops/1/2 banana/2 TBSP Peanut Butter) + 6 Omegaplex
10:30pm - Herbal cleanse pills with water
